  • Location: Syracuse, NY
    Job Type: Full-Time
    Pay: $50,000-$100,00 D.O.E

    We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of commercial flooring projects from the estimating phase through completion. This role is a mix of detail-oriented estimating and day-to-day project coordination, working closely with our team and clients to keep everything on track.

    What You’ll Be Doing:

    • Prepare material take-offs using estimating software

    • Build clear, accurate proposals using Excel

    • Manage projects from award through completion

    • Coordinate material ordering and scheduling

    • Communicate with sales, installers, and clients

    • Track budgets, costs, and overall project performance

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Strong working knowledge of Excel

    • Experience with estimating or take-off software

    • Ability to read and understand blueprints

    • Background in construction, flooring, or project coordination

    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
